About Dr. Thompson

Dr. Sarah Thompson is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 12 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and discover their inner strengths.

After earning her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, Dr. Thompson completed specialized training in trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioral therapy. She has worked in diverse settings, from hospital-based clinics to private practice, always with a focus on creating a warm, non-judgmental space for healing.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Thompson enjoys yoga, hiking, and volunteering with local mental health advocacy organizations. She regularly presents workshops on stress management and emotional wellness in the community.
